Keep your little ones occupied while you relax with Little Dreamers Club, a non-chargeable venue for kids aged 2-12 years with a maximum capacity of 25 kids at a time. On non-peak seasons, they're free to roam free without a time limit and have fun enjoying the facilities and activities under the care and supervision of our trained childcare staff.

Special Care

Elderly Care:

Wheelchairs can be made available upon request. Usage of these wheelchairs are not permitted at shore side of ports of call. A refundable deposit fee of SGD300 / NTD7,500 / HKD1,800 will be charged during the rental period.

Assistive devices such as mobility scooters must be stored inside your cabins and should not be parked in doorways, corridors, near fire doors and, elevator lobbies, in compliance with emergency evacuation requirements. For safe entry, please ensure that the device must not exceed the cabin door’s width.

Pregnant Mums:

Guests who are pregnant and in or beyond their twenty-fourth (24th) week at the time of disembarkation are not allowed to cruise.

  • Trained medical staff (qualified doctors and nurses) and a fully equipped medical center on board.
  • Life jackets for all passengers (including kids), available in cabins and at muster stations.
  • Lifeboats with more than enough capacity.
  • Emergency-trained crew follow strict safety protocols.
  • Feeling unwell? Contact the onboard medical team immediately.

Guests are required to follow the designated check-in timing. Priority will be given to those who arrive at the terminal within their assigned timing to help minimize congestion and ensure a smooth check-in process.

  • Vaping: E-cigarettes are banned in Singapore; guests embarking and disembarking from Singapore are strictly prohibited from bringing them onboard. Guests embarking from other ports where e-cigarettes are not banned may bring them onboard.
  • Smoking / Vaping: Permitted only in designated areas, including certain outdoor decks and private balconies. Please use provided ashtrays - discarding cigarettes overboard is strictly forbidden.
  • Non-Smoking Areas: All indoor spaces (including public areas, lounges, corridors, restaurants, staterooms and suites) are non-smoking.
  • Important: A deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in non-smoking areas.
